COLUMBUS, Ohio (June 16, 2021) - The U.S. Council for Athletes’ Health has added four staff members to its growing team of athletics healthcare experts. Angie Beisner, Rae Everson, Wil Turner III and Alex Wong each joined the team in June and will serve USCAH partners as reliable resources for innovative solutions, first-class resources and collaboration.

Angie Beisner - Senior Director
Beisner has focused her career on the care and prevention of athletic injuries within collegiate organizations for more than two decades and aims to bring her extensive knowledge to USCAH operations. She collaborates with valued partners as a reliable resource for innovative solutions and first-class resources. Most recently the head athletic trainer at Ohio State, Beisner also serves as the lead athletic trainer for the USA U19 Men's Lacrosse team.

Alex Wong - Senior Director
A valued member of the athletic healthcare community for over 20 years, Wong brings extensive integrated sports medicine expertise to the USCAH team. He operates as a content expert and collaborative partner to USCAH partner institutions. While most recently serving as an athletic trainer at Michigan, Wong received his doctorate in athletic training with a focus on the clinical interest in health-related quality of life.

Rae Everson - Senior Associate
With experience prioritizing healthcare and performance enhancement techniques for collegiate, professional and Olympic-caliber athletes and programs, Everson serves as a liaison to USCAH clients and partner organizations. She strives to deliver first-class products and services with excellent customer service. A former athletic trainer at Ohio State and field hockey student-athlete at Delaware, Everson has extensive experience in program management and coordination and policy development.

Wil Turner III - Senior Associate
A certified athletic trainer for over two decades, Turner brings experience prioritizing and maintaining athlete safety on the collegiate level to the USCAH team. He operates as a liaison to institutions in leading the prioritization of athlete health and safety, while also maintaining and expanding USCAH’s extensive course library of education modules and programs. A former athletic trainer at Ohio State and Michigan, Turner will also focus on the development of diversity and inclusion and social responsibility initiatives.
